Qubit Solutions will replace, exchange, or issue credit for any defective product purchased from us. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 60 days of purchase to initiate the return process. No returns will be accepted without an RMA.

Returns for non-defective products are subject to distributor restrictions and carry a 25% restocking fee.

Qubit Solutions does not offer any refunds or credits for software licenses, monthly subscription services, or labor services.
